Business trip in Mexico.

Although it was a short 3 nights and 4 days, I had a comfortable stay.I'm not sure if it was a hotel mainly for Koreans, but the staff was very friendly to Koreans.I liked that the hotel had a laundry room, restaurant, and breakfast service, and I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.Thank you.

The property was in a perfect location. There was a small shopping center in walking distance. Also a KFC, little Caesar’s pizzeria. Breakfast was excellent many options to choose from and was kept very clean . The staff was very helpful and courteous. The pool was also very nice I love that there was a restroom with shower to use on site.

Flies on food.

there were flies at the restaurant, over the food. installations needed maintenance. gym was on the side of restaurant, sweaty people walling through while you are having breakfast.

No me gusto que el cuarto es muy pequeños al menos los de dos camas matrimoniales. Lo esperaba como otros Hampton que ya he visitado. En el estacionamiento hubo problema porque hay una plaza en un lado y en la noche salimos y de regreso entramos por una pluma de plaza pegada al hotel que pensamos que era lo mismo y nada fue todo un problema para salir, en recepción muy frío en cuanto la ayuda en este problema. Deberían decirle al huésped cuáles plumas usar. Esto tampoco nos había pasado en otros hoteles que están en plazas comerciales.
