This is one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in this area or Monterrey as the area is quite industrial but this hotel has good facilities for restaurants and shops just nearby. The hotel itself is great, staff are really good, friendly and helpful. My room was good although the aircon couldn’t be controlled or turned off. However the staff, facilities and bar and restaurant are excellent. The eggs at breakfast deserve a special mention, superb! The minibus to and from the airport is a great feature also.

Alejandra de recepción fué increíblemente atenta, servicial y amable con nosotros. Nos sugirió a donde poder ir y a donde no. Me hizo favor de cargar mi celular, hasta yo poder comprar uno. El señor Manuel en el area del desayuno, excelente,amigable y améno. En general un muy buen servicio !

Reservamos dos camas queen y nos dieron la habitación que les dió la gana, si cancelaba no me daban mi dinero pero tampoco tenian la habitación que pedí. Muy caro para al final tener que quedarme sin opcion. MUCHO CUIDADO con las letras pequeñas que no te dicen.

Hotel bien ubicado, a buen precio. Su personal muy amable y servicial, buena atención en todo momento, desde la recepción, personal de limpieza, restaurante y el chófer qué nos llevó de regreso al aeropuerto.
