The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made the location very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment due to poor upkeep and maintenance. The bedding had noticeable stains, and the sofa was also stained, which was really off-putting. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been refilled at all, so there was no soap available during my stay. I felt disgusted trying to sleep in that room, it just didn't feel clean or hygienic. For the price and the otherwise good surroundings, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and basic maintenance.

This is our second stay here. It’s a great hotel but finding your way into the mall where it is can be tricky, as can finding a parking space in the underground parking garage. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. It’s also pet friendly, one of the only ones in the area.

The hotel is one of my favorites due to how luxurious it is while also being 100 ft from the mall. They have stores like H&M and American Eagle and a huge food court as well as other restaurants right at walking distance. You have to pay for parking time but if you just Uber around then it's amazing.

The hotel is in a great location- no shortage of food and beverage options. The room is extremely comfortable! The mattresses are uncommonly comfortable. Very few hotels that I have stayed in have mattresses that you can actually rest comfortably on- but this hotel’s mattress was quite comfortable as well as the pillows. Over all, great experience!
