The rooms we had were a bit shabby and run down. Everything was clean, but showing its age. The personnel were all amazing. The location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Surprise Stay

The Rose Hotel is in agreat location in the center of Monterrey. There are shops, restaurants, malls, bakeries, and much more around it. The hotel in itself is great but a few remodels within the structure would help. There is no AC in the elevator nor in the halkway floors. The AC in the room is set at a temperatute where it cannot cool more than necessary. The rooms are outdated aling with its furbiture. Pillows aee more like leftovers comouked into one. The furbiture is in great conditiins but scratched here and there. The room smells musty since there is no ongoing air tgat kerps it cool. The bathroom met the needs vut it is outdated as well. I can tolerate the lack of innovation but the towels were rageddy and gross. They did smell clean but the conditiins of each was not comforting. The pics really di bot reflect its current conditions at all. The lobby is state of the art untilyou step into the real infrastructute. The hotel met my needs but the layout and setting really need a different outlook to make the lodging pleasant and co.foryable. the people holdung together, my respects.

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL QUE NO ES NADA BARATO PARA LO QUE OFRECE. La peor experiencia que he vivido en un hotel, cama sumamente dura, baño lleno de hongo, cucharachas en los pasillos. lo que me faltaba el personal de limpieza tiro a la basura mis retenedores NO se hospeden aqui. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, WHICH IS NOT CHEAP AT ALL FOR WHAT IT OFFERS. The worst hotel experience I've ever had: the bed was extremely hard, the bathroom was full of mold, and the stinking bugs in the hallways. What I needed was the cleaning staff throwing my retainers in the trash. DO NOT stay here.

Hotel needs renovation and better pictures

I do not recommend this hotel at all. The pictures and reviews are not true. The room they gave us was in the floor of contradiction, the pillow cases, bathroom and walls were filthy dirty. Tv did not work, black fingerprints all over the door and walls. Hotel needs better renovations. I complain and they gave us another room, Tv was not working again and the parking lot was so small that not all cars fit. For $100 a night, reviews and picture being posted, did not do justice of how uncomfortable and small that hotel is. We did get a refund after an hour of trying to be accommodated.
