The infinity pool is located in a wonderful panoramic position. From here, it is possible to enjoy a romantic view overlooking the sea and the hills. The pool, purified with salt, has Roman steps and a shallow water area. The large solarium area is equipped with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a solar shower.
The outdoor living area consists of two large porches, which will make your stay even more special.
One of these is equipped with sofas and armchairs, ideal for sipping a good glass of local wine in complete relaxation.
In the further porch there is an outdoor dining area with tables, chairs and an outdoor kitchen complete with wood-burning oven, wood-burning barbecue, Weber gas barbecue, induction hob, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator-cellar, for cooking and eat comfortably all together outdoors.
In the pool area there is also a bathroom with shower.
The property is fenced and has parking with a charging station for electric or hybrid cars. The property is accessed via an automatic gate.
Villa Angela is a refined property that can accommodate up to 14 people.
This property was born as an ancient farmhouse. The recent renovation carried out by the owners has allowed the villa to preserve the charm of its history, enriching it with modernity and comfort.
Villa Angela consists of a main building and an outbuilding.
The main building is on two floors.
The ground floor consists of:
- a living room with sofa, Smart TV and fireplace;
- a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ice cube machine, dining table and access to the garden. This room is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool;
- a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people;
- a study with a desk;
- an half bathroom with laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The first floor, which is accessed via a comfortable internal staircase, consists of:
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace;
- a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds on the loft and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The bedrooms are carefully furnished, elegant and bright, with a wonderful view of the sea and the countryside.
The outbuilding, located next to the main building and connected to it by a porch, consists of:
- an entrance room with a kitchen unit equipped with hob, fridge and sink, Smart TV and staircase to reach the loft;
- a bedroom with a double bed, in which there is also an ionized bathtub, and a double bed in the loft;
- a bathroom with shower.
The outbuilding is very bright and gives direct access to the pool area, thanks to a French door.
The property is equipped with air conditioning and there are insect screens in all rooms.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change and weekly cleaning; pool towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; heating; Wi-Fi; firewood for barbecue and wood-burning oven; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).
