"It was my first time in Hong Kong and I chose Eaton because of its location! The property has an excellent food court and walking distance to many places. The thing the stood out the most was the friendly and most welcoming staff, especially the folks at Terrible Baby which is the bar at the hotel. Special shoutout to Nishant who gave me recs on where to go in Hong Kong but also a very nice and friendly person! Please stop by and say hi to him if you do stay at Eaton HK! I will definitely stay here again!"

"A very nice hotel but completely let down by the swimming pool. 1: The water was so cold no one could swim in it. 2. On a beautiful warm day you were not allowed to have a cold beer at the pool. 3. Everyone had to leave every day between 1pm and 2pm. It was absolutely bizarre. I have never in all my time saw anything like it. So out of place with the rest of the hotel. I would not stay here again. "

"This isn't my first stay at this hotel, the room itself is tidy and spacious, even the bathroom makes excellent use of space in my opinion."

"Trying to request late check out cause my flight is after midnight. Being a platinum member, I thought that it might have the benefit for at least 2-3 hours for delaying but they only allow half an hour😖. So finally , I didn’t take it😖."

"In the highly congested city of Hong Kong, I don’t have a lot of expectation for the budget friendly hotel. Quite contrary to what I expect, the hotel room is small but cozy. All the facilities are clean and very well maintained. It is right next to the upscale shopping mall of APM and to many restaurants despite not being very close to Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. Last but not least, it is about 5-min walk away from Kwun Tong Promenade which offers a beautiful view of the harbor and a very nice place for strolling and jogging. "
