This charming holiday home is quietly situated with a swimming pool and private garden. Dating back to 1900, the house has been recently restored and has retained its charm. It has previously served as a monastery, a daycare centre, and a wine and olive farm.
Casa Italië features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed, and the master bedroom has its own shower and toilet. All rooms are generously sized. The house also includes a separate kitchen, bathroom, a separate large gym in the basement, a private swimming pool, and a garden. From the pool and the house, you have a panoramic view of the entire valley.
The living room on the first floor has a beautiful rounded ceiling. From this room, you can access the separate bathroom and other bedrooms. The living room is comfortably furnished and has Wi-Fi. The thick walls guarantee peace and quiet, and it stays wonderfully cool in the summer!
