Een fantastische plek, super vriendelijke ontvangst en ook tijdens de hele huurperiode erg goed contact met Paula. Het grote huis maar ook de andere twee woningen waren netjes, gezellig ingericht van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad werd regelmatig schoongemaakt en is een fijne plek om te zijn. Genoeg bedjes en stoelen. Keukens goed ingericht.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine en famille (à 21, de 8 à 80 ans). Les 3 maisons permettent à chacun d’avoir son espace, son rythme sans gêner les autres. Une des terrasses permet de se réunir pour manger tous ensemble (il y a tout ce qu’il faut en matériel de cuisine, vaisselle). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui est vraiment grande. Les jeunes ont beaucoup aimé la salle voûtée, plus fraîche, pour jouer au billard (un peu abîmé) ou aux cartes et la table de ping-pong. Nous avons fait nos courses à Montevarchi (plusieurs supermarchés et le marché le jeudi) et visité plusieurs villes ou villages magnifiques (Florence et Sienne à 1h, Arezzo et Radda in chianti à 30 min…). Certains partaient tous les matins pour une balade à vélo dans les environs magnifiques, d’autres sont allés se baigner dans une rivière. Paula (qui gère le domaine) a répondu très gentiment et rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Le repas italien préparé par Lucia et sa famille (à notre demande) était parfait ! Seul bémol, la wifi qui n’était pas suffisante pour le travail en ligne et la vue panoramique (que l’on voit seulement depuis le pigeonnier) Toute la famille se souviendra longtemps de cette semaine et recommande vivement Poggio Cuccule !

Amazing place. The pictures do not do justice to the spacious rooms and beautiful pool. The hosts were extremely kind and very helpful with all our questions. Having a car is useful, but the train station of Montevarchi is not far away, so getting there by public transport was quite easy. We were very sad to be leaving after just one week and hope to return in the future!

Dieses Haus ( bzw. 3 Häuser auf dem geschlossenen Grundstück) war perfekt für unser Familientreffen. Wir waren 18 Personen und 3 Kinder. Genutzt haben wir alle 3 Häuser, dadurch waren wir für uns alleine auf diesem riesigen tollen Grundstück. Jedes Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche . Gemeinsam sitzen ist draußen unter dem Dach sehr gut möglich. Unsere 3 Kinder und der Hund konnten überall herumlaufen, da das Grundstück rundum gut eingezäunt ist. Parken war für 5 Autos problemlos auf dem Grundstück möglich. Der Empfang durch die Besitzer war sehr herzlich. Es wurde sich sehr regelmäßig um Müllentsorgung und Poolreinigung gekümmert. Der Pool ist riesig und es gibt viele Liege-und Sitzmöglichkeiten.( Einige Liegen bzw. Auflagen waren leider kaputt. Aber das hat der Freude am Pool nichts genommen). Außerdem gab es reichlich Sportmöglichkeiten : Billard, Tischtennis, Boccia usw. Wir haben es rundherum wohlgefühlt. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] This house (or 3 houses on the enclosed property) was perfect for our family reunion. We were 18 people and 3 children. We used all 3 houses, so we were alone on this huge great property. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen. Sitting together is very possible outside under the roof. Our 3 children and the dog could walk around everywhere, since the property is well fenced all around. Parking was possible for 5 cars easily on the property. The welcome by the owners was very cordial. Very regularly care was taken of waste disposal and pool cleaning. The pool is huge and there are plenty of loungers and seating (Some beach chairs or cushions were broken.) But that did not make us enjoy the pool any less). In addition, there were plenty of sports facilities: billiards, table tennis, bocce, etc. We felt comfortable.
