“This property is absolutely beautiful and is in the perfect location just off Main Street in Durango. It's within easy walking distance of the train station, the river, and all the great restaurants, shops, and bars downtown. The home is incredibly spacious. The primary bathroom is massive, and the shower felt like a luxury spa experience. Everything throughout the house was clearly labeled and thoughtfully explained, making our stay seamless. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which is a……

“Don’t expect to be in an owner occupied dwelling with your company Difficuaccess with terrible roads Does not meet your standards ”

“Charming and cozy, wonderful amenities, great location.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location and the parking spot was a huge plus, especially during the 4th of July weekend. There was a great farmers market on Saturday just a few blocks away and easy access to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. If you are staying over the weekend and are a light sleeper, I’d recommend brining ear plugs. The bar one block away blasted music till 2am on Friday & Saturday night, which could be heard in the apartment. However, that would……

“Good location, though access was not on the street in listing but off the ally in back.. Sofa was in terrible condition with springs coming through and coffee table was in pieces. Host contact was automated texts from rental company.”

“Wonderful! Loved the pool, the room, and the surroundings were gorgeous!”

“This was perfect for us as a stop-over on a longer road trip! Hosts are as kind as can be and so helpful. Location worked very nicely for visiting Mesa Verde. And the view on the property cannot be beat!”

“The room was clean, private, quiet and comfortable. The host was awesome, and we had a great time in the Durango area. Thank You.”

“We were here for the weekend of TAC and it was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked with almost every necessary item. The portable evaporative cooler was a plus! Host was very clear with directions and response. Was able to check in a hour early. Will definitely save this location if we come back to Purgatory again .”

“Tim was a wonderful host. He generously allowed us to park our class c motorhome inside his gate so we could park our tow vehicle and my son’s car in the driveway. It was a perfect location and a great place to tour the town/ride the train/walk our dogs and visit with family. He introduced us to his sweet dogs Opal and Rosie and got some good pets in when we arrived and checked out.”
