“This is a nice, very clean rental in the woods. Location is approximately 15 minutes from Durango and 45 minutes from Purgatory. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking (you must bring your own spices including sugar). As a previous tenant noted, there is no air conditioning so when the weather is hot the unit is extremely uncomfortable. The box fans were very helpful and things did cool off late at night. Overall, we would stay here again (except during the summer). ”

“Kitchen was very well stocked. Very clean unit. The spiral staircase is steep and not for folks with mobility issues. The bathroom is downstairs and primary bedroom upstairs so you may need to use the stairs in the middle of the night. The Murphy bed downstairs was really nice though! Overall, really enjoyed this place and would stay there again. Definitely quiet and the stars at night are impressive!”
