「An Amazing Cain on The James Ranch」

「We enjoyed our stay at this rustic cabin. It was well furnished for 1-3 persons; was clean; very quiet; with beautiful mountain views in a forest setting. Would definitely stay again when visiting kids and grandkids in the area.」

「We wanted to have a great getaway weekend in the mountains where we played and worked growing up. We were able to four wheel and fish in our old stomping grounds. The cabin was wonderful and the onsite manager was more than helpful. We enjoyed good food, good company and fantastic surroundings. The fire pit was especially nice and the grill and kitchen were wonderfully stocked. We couldn't ask for better!」

「Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! 「View from inside the cabin was amazing. We had a few hiccups, we were unaware there was absolutely no cell service at the cabin so we couldn’t get into the cabin. However the owner has a ring camera and we were able to get right in. So just be more prepared than us and have the check in process screen shot. Once in and on their Wi-Fi you’ll be good to go! They gave great recommendations for things to do and were quick to answer any questions.」

「This home had everything we needed from for our group of 11 which ranged from 1 year old through 75. Kids loved the hikes up the mountain from the back yard. Shared Thanksgiving dinner with three Does dining outside. The owner provided an open line of communication throughout the whole visit . The property description was pvery accurate.」

「What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

「So close to Mesa Verde and walking distance from state park. We loved being able to cook our own meals in their kitchen. Beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure. Neighbor's cats were sweet and entertaining 」

「I think there needs to be a marker than can be recognized. The turn is hard to see and out of fast traffic. A flag or something that is legal ofcourse. 」
