"My stay at this hotel was extremely good, my family and me travel quite often and it is always difficult to find a hotel that is clean as it should be, here in Candlewood the cleanliness has been incredible, the beds are super comfortable, honestly I would give them 10 stars. So during my travels I will continue to book here."

She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The employees really restored my faith in customer service excellence still being a part of our society. Thank you all very much for your service.
