New Waterfront House with Golf Cart!

"Everything's great - just watch out for the golf balls. The house, amenities and location are superb but there is a nearby driving range. I noticed several balls on the back lawn toward the dock when we arrived. Within a few hours when we were outside, balls hit the patio, the deck and into the water near my wife and grandson. This is a dangerous condition IMO. I wouldn't rent here again without some additional protection to prevent bad golf balls from enter the property."

"The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The Fussball table and the arcade game upstairs add to a relaxing and wholesome family outing. The community, the condo is situated in, is also very well kept and appears to be very safe.Oh, and the beds and provided bedding are very comfortable.Only thing I would add, but that is just a really minor thing: maybe a map of the whole development, pointing out where points of interest (i.e. lake access etc.) are, so on short stays you don’t waste too much time exploring. Again, minuscule addition.We loved it there!"

"This place was exactly as listed. Very comfortable, open door and take a few steps to fish and enjoy the view and ducks. Very quiet neighborhood but shopping and restaurants very close. We loved the view and the area. We would definitely go back"

"We were so pleased with how clean it was and the supplies in the kitchen were first class. We were so grateful for the toy box for the children. Although it rained heavily during our whole stay, we were so pleased with such great accommodations that we had a great time."

"We loved this house and property. We were a group of seven ladies. The house fit us perfectly with room to spare. The house was beautiful and very clean, inside and out. The pool and hot tub were awesome, with the waterfall it made it feel like a tropical resort. The temperature of the water was perfect for swimming anytime day or night. Beautiful views of the woods and animals. There is even a hiking trail to go explore the woods. The beds were soft and extremely high so if you’re height challenged you might bring a folding step. Even though the owner is right next door, you still feel private and for us girls, we felt secure. Another good thing is if you have any issues the owner is right there. Kelly was responsive to text. If you want the waterfall or hot tub on just text her. The walk to get in is a little far but Kelly can provide you with a hand cart, just ask upon booking. The house is fully stocked with books, game, movies and toys. The closet in the kids room would be a dream world for your children. I could see where they could spend hours in that room. The kitchen is stocked but if you’re a cook you might want to bring your own spices and oil. Several different ways to make coffee, too. The lanai area is a great place to sit outside, specially when it’s raining. There is a table outside by the pool with an umbrella to help with the sun. Lots of chairs for seating all around the pool. There are also fun toys for the pool and a ping pong table."
