The Casa

Escape to Casa de Suenos (House of Dreams) located lakefront on Lake Conroe in Montgomery, Texas. Nestled within the gated April Sound Country Club, the 1800 square foot “Casa” provides you everything you need to get away for a week or a weekend, and fish, kayak, walk, swim and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage peacefully on the patio overlooking Lake Conroe.

Lake Front Living
Step outside to the back patio and enjoy fishing directly off the dock 30 feet away and enjoy hours of fishing on the lake and then use the onsite grill to make your dinner. Love boating, jetskiing, kayaking or paddleboarding? Bring your kayaks/paddleboard/jet-ski and tie them up directly in the water off the back patio for the day
and enjoy skiing and paddling through the peaceful and tranquil waters. **Please note that the Neighborhood does not allow guests to bring trailers through the gate.**

Relaxation
The Casa was lovingly appointed with families in mind and lots of room to spread out and relax. The family-friendly features include bunk beds, an air hockey/pool table combo in the game room, dart board and televisions to ensure entertainment for guests of all ages. Comfortable couches and a huge bean bag in the living room ensure cozy movie nights with the whole family. For added entertainment, head to the game room for some friendly competition or relax in front of the TV with Netflix streaming.

Sleeping/Relaxation Spaces
Within the three bedrooms, you will find comfortable beds made for a wonderful night’s rest. The main bedroom downstairs hosts a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half-bath is also available downstairs in the main area. Upstairs, you will find two ample rooms, one with two comfortable queen beds and a sitting area, and the other bedroom/game room with a double/twin bunk bed. The upstairs bedroom/game room is open to the downstairs so that when you wake up, you have instant Lake Conroe views. One full bathroom is available upstairs, and Jack and Jill are available for guests in both rooms upstairs.

Kitchen, Cooking and Coffee
Wake up in the morning and walk into the living room for a beautiful view of the Lake, just feet from your back door step. The house is equipped with a kitchen designed to make it a breeze for you to feel at home. With a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, oven, and coffee maker, as well as all of the little details that make a home feel like home, you have everything you need to get into a routine of relaxation

Enjoy the convenience of step-free access throughout the home, along with essential safety features including a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Access to Club Bar/Pool is limited to Club Corp members only. Quiet section with full time residents - so no loud parties/groups.
• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There are two dedicated parking spots available plus visitor parking available.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Dock details: Dock available for boat right in front of the condo.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
