“I first stayed at Brownhill in 2006 while I was helping my daughter to settle in to her first job, at PGL, Boreatton Park. To give her space and time to settle in, I stayed at Brownhill House each time she had a day off, for her first few weeks, and travelled myself in between visits (to show her that if Mum can do it, then so can she!). “We arrived at 6pm and waited 10 minutes to check in. The room we reserved was unavailable. We drove for 20 minutes on single track to arrived from Shrewsbury. The breakfast was none existent. The room was clean and tidy but the lighting was terrible. I think 6.0 rate is suitable.”

“I have read some of the reviews and sometimes wonder what people expect. We stayed in a two bedroom classic bungalow and was impressed with the space and fittings of our accommodation. There is some room for improvement if critical and is not really worth mentioning here. We did not use any of the facilities onsite but we received a warm welcome on arrival and were very accommodating. We could see the pool and had a look at the small gym both looked looked good.
