"No parking, the internet details they leave you doesn’t even exist, check in in a pub nearby even that the check in starts at 3 pm and I was there at 15:30. A builder in the complex was very rude just because I used the path to the left in an small central distribution fountain they had in the way to the apartment, once we crossed paths and he told me why I didn’t use the other side…. Dirty common areas even with beer and cider cans on the floor, house smelling to cigarettes, also only decaf...

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way"

"Worst place stayed. Smelly and not clean. Found a cardigan left on dining chair. No heating and was lied to about tgis. Had to call 3 times and wait over 4 hours to be then told there was a problem! Hot tub was dirty and too hot. No lights. Unable to turn temp down or put lights on. Outside of lodge big pieces of wood hanging off and falling apart. Cheap but defo not worth money. Would not recommend! Old fashioned, unclean and smell was horendous!"

"Booked at the very last minute as visiting mid wales after a week in Snowdonia. The cottage is on quite a busy road, but wasn’t too bad at night and convenient for the town centre and for visiting Ynys Hir and the Osprey centre . Bring your own tea and coffee as none provided . Coop just up the road and reasonable pub food at the Red Lion just a short walk up the road. Bed comfortable and clean . Good Wi Fi connection. 35 mins from Aberystwyth."

"We had a great time at this property. The five properties gave us space to be together and still have our own space to retreat to when needed. It was a very wet weekend in Wales but we made the most of it. The Pool and Grove cottages and The Gallery were a bit tricky to keep warm as you needed to keep the log burners going and use electric heaters upstairs. "There are plenty of places I banged my head: the entrance door and the low rafter upstairs hallway. All in all nice location, at least set back somewhat from the road and a since creek running right next to the property. Slight mildew smell, which could be fixed by a dehumidifier. Kitchen was modern and pleasant to use with a small hotel fridge."

"Great nights stay, lovely comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast had great choices with generous portions and the cooked option was delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they gave us a great recommendation for where to go for dinner on the Monday evening that we stayed ( the kitchen is closed on a Monday and Tuesday for dinner) There is a small car park at the side of the hotel and some parking available opposite, we had no problems getting a space. "
