“Great location. Very close to the coliseum. Super clean. Staff Indian girl and Filipina girl were very friendly. The only problem I see is if you check in late you have to communicate with them so they can give you the codes to enter the property. It was a problem to us as we arrived in the property at 11pm.”

“Raffa was amazing! Best concierge ever! Helpful, funny and took great care of us! The junior suite was nice. Hotel was quiet. Rooftop happy hour every night was a bonus. Great area in the middle of everything. All of the little touches you want in a boutique hotel. We’ll be back! ”

“Communication needs to be better, mainly because the check in is not at the property address but at the hotel that is 6 min walk from there. An email prior to arrival with instructions would have been extremely helpful. The area is safe, one min to Sta Maria Maggiori, 5 min to Termini... excellent for public transport and also to walk - most important landmarks are 20-25 min away. ”
