Auch von der Ausstattung her fehlte es an nichts. Monica hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und auch der Kontakt mit Florinda war super. “We spent a week in this very nice house in October 2023. The house is very clean, well furnished and both the owner and the property manager are very friendly and extremely uncomplicated. The house is situated in a very private area, the pool is huge and clean, the grounds are well kept and there are many shaded but also sunny spots. Unfortunately no sea view, but it is only a few minutes by car to the Costa Smeralda with beautiful beaches. The only drawback: below the house there was a storage……

“Villa was nice. Quite overlooked by surrounding villas though but we stayed out of seasons so wasnt an issue for us. Its more of a 'trek' to beach and shops, would definitely recommend car hire. Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. “Wir haben unsere Ferien auf Sardinien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liess keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren schon zig Mal in Italien, hatten aber noch gar nie eine so grosszügig ausgestattete Wohnung wie hier. Da hatten wir einfach sämtliche Haushaltgeräte die wir zu Hause auch haben und Geschirr und Besteck war auch reichlich vorhanden. Dazu hatten wir einen ruhigen und gepflegten Gartensitzplatz und die Lage der Wohnung war so perfekt, dass wir in wenigen Minuten am wunderschönen Sandstrand von……

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa con giardino ad agosto. Avendo 4 stanze e 3 bagni, ha potuto ospitare comodamente più famiglie. Ci sono stati piccoli contrattempi, sempre prontamente risolti da Cristina, persona gentile e disponibile, che ha davvero fatto la differenza. Il giardino è ben curato e spazioso. Fantastico avendo dei bimbi piccoli. Due spiagge si raggiungono a piedi, per le altre è necessario prendere la macchina. Unica nota critica è per le stanze al piano interrato, che……

“Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach……

“We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s house. We enjoyed both gardens at different times, and we slept really well. Air con & wifi working well, the house is well accomodated and the surrendings really pretty. Stefano was very nice and both arrival and departure made easy. We certainly recommend this house for a family !”

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen .Allerdings wäre es schön wenn die Küche besser ausgerüstet wäre.Teller,Gläser,gibt es ausreichend,Messer z.B.nur 4 und das sind Steakmesser,usw....und die Sauberkeit liess bei vielen Küchenutensilien zu wünschen übrig...Kaffeemaschine gibt es nur Espressokocher und die waren so verdreckt,dass wir einen neuen gekauft haben...Auch das es etwas muffig riecht,muss ich wie auch schon vorher erwähnt ,bestätigen....Die gestellten Handtücher haben wir selber……

“Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti a Giugno 2023. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro ma col vantaggio di essere super silenzioso. Il nostro appartamento era molto carino e pulito, in generale il residence è davvero bello e tenuto bello secondo noi. Accoglienza ottima, il personale super gentile e disponibile. Ampio parcheggio, esperienza sicuramente positiva. Unica nota a sfavore è il rapporto qualità prezzo perché nel pernottamento non sono inclusi né asciugamani, biancheria da letto né l'aria……
