“Die Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung ist sehr gut. Aber man muss auch immer fahren, da im Haus oder im Dorf nicht viel zu erleben ist. Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen ist genug Platz, zum kochen ist es allerdings nicht gut geeignet, da es keine vernünftige Lüftung in der Küche gibt. Alle Fenster sind super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet! “Extremely clean and well maintained villa in a quaint hillside village. Anna Maria was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and carefree. The villa was within easy access to several other towns and villages where we enjoyed the beaches and exploring. Would highly recommend”

“Abbiamo passato una settimana nell'appartamento a fine dicembre. L'appartamento si trova direttamente su una bella e spaziosa spiaggia. Verso sud si può camminare per chilometri sulla spiaggia. Bel giardino con grill. Posteggio per la macchina. Al centro di Castiglione si arriva tranquillamente a piedi. Casa spaziosa e ideale per noi che viaggiavamo con 4 bambini/giovani. I locatori sono gentilissimi e perfettamente corretti. Tutto come convenuto. Posso consigliare vivamente l'appartamento.”

“Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore……

“Vue remarquable sur l'ile de Giglio. Nous avons donc pris le ferry pour la voir de plus près et n'avons pas été déçus. Maison pas très éloignée du centre ville, donc achats de poissons frais. Nous avons visité Pitigliano, Saturnia etc. Journées bien remplies.”

Nee, het is geen luxe hotel, maar dat weet je als je dit boekt. In principe is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een week.(of langer) Als je graag kookt, raad ik aan om evt. een favoriete pan of mes mee te nemen. Voor je boodschappen kun je het beste naar Grosetto gaan, maar daar is dan ook……

“Bella struttura, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Un villaggio adatto alle famiglie e anche agli animali, qui accolti volentieri. Al check out ci hanno anche rilasciato una borsetta con gadgets per il nostro cane. Ha una bella piscina e campi sportivi per chi vuole giocare a basket e a tennis e un tavolo da ping pong. Noi siamo stati 3 giorni e la posizione del villaggio è buona per andare andare a visitare i posti nei dintorni. Il mare purtroppo si raggiunge solo in……

“Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.”

“This property is unbelievably lovely. The views are stunning! Antonella and Luccia, the owners, live below and couldn’t be more helpful and kind if they tried. The space is more than comfortable. There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood……
