Very nice house in a quiet residential subdivision.
The villa of 270m2, air-conditioned, overlooking the bay of Ile Rousse and enjoys magnificent views of the sea.

She is composed:
On the ground floor:
- a large living room / sea view opening onto a terrace
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a desk
- a shower room with toilet
going down a few steps:
- two air-conditioned bedrooms
- a bathroom with toilet and bathtub
Upstairs:
- a master bedroom with large dressing room and bathroom, opening onto a large terrace solarium sea view.
- on the ground floor, a large room with bedroom and living room serving as the 4th bedroom, opening onto the pool side terrace
- a kitchen

Zoek niet verder! En laat je verrassen door dit fantastische huis. Heel soms is een vakantiehuis in het echt mooier dan op de fotos (ipv andersom)... En de frisse zeebries, weinig muggen.... Genoten!

Vue imprenable… mais pas si calme.

La maison est spacieuse, propre, récemment rénovée. La vue sur la mer de la terrasse est magnifique. L’équipement est récent et complet. Petit point noir à notre séjour en famille, la répétition de fêtes nocturnes avec musique forte dans certaines villas alentours.

Grosse Villa mit toller Aussicht

Villa mit grossen Räumen. Sehr sauber. Geschirr und Besteck etwas knapp ( nur 1 Garnitur ). Pool sowie das Erdgeschoss hat leider keinen direkten Meerblick. Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer defekt. Kein Gasgrill aber eine gut funktionierende Plancha. Poolhandtücher wären eine willkommene zusaetzliche Ausstattung.

La maison est idéalement située, sur les hauteurs de l'Ile Rousse, donnant une vue magnifique sur la mer, au calme, et bien ensoleillée. Elle est spacieuse et lumineuse. Vraiment très agréable. Il est dommage que pour ce niveau de prestation, il n'y ait pas eu de petites attentions à notre égard (comme ce que nous avons pu avoir ailleurs, à prestation équivalente, type fourniture de savon, pot d’accueil ...). Et la propreté laissait à désirer ... Notre hôte a été très réactif lorsque nous lui avons signalé le problème de propreté. Une équipe de ménage est venue mais il restait beaucoup à faire en certains endroits qui n'avaient pas été nettoyés depuis longtemps.

Excellent séjour à l’île rousse et ses environs

Maison très bien située avec une vue sensationnelle sur la baie de l’île rousse et le phare di Pietra . Confort de la literie, piscine bien entretenue et très propre comme d’ailleurs toute la maison où il fait bon se poser après nos belles journée de ballades, plage, bateau .. bref très belle expérience avec un accueil très sympa de la concierge et aucune mauvaise surprise a vivre durant cette semaine .. Que du bonheur pour notre séjour en famille !!
