  • Our riverfront home is located on a 1/3 mile of beachfront property along the scenic Upper Delaware River, between the Catskills and Pocono Mountains in Barryville, NY. As you enter the home, your eyes will be drawn through the living room to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vastness of unspoiled river and mountains. Outside is a large deck and manicured lawn with direct, private access to the pristine river. Boating, fishing, swimming and eagle watching are a few activities you can enjoy from the backyard. Escape to our unique home, surrounded by nature! 'A Nature Lover's Paradise'

Julius is a great host and very friendly. I’ve stayed at his property 3 times and the family and I enjoy it so much each time. You can’t ask for a more beautiful property to stay on. Fishing, kayaking, campfires, grilling etc were all great. We even got to see a few shooting stars during our stay. Thanks again Julius!

Canoe trip weekend

Beautiful location, handicap access

We came for a quick visit with a family member in a wheelchair. The property worked well for her with a beautiful deck for enjoying the river and an accessible bedroom/bathroom. The original part of the house has beautiful wood and fire place and lots of character. The kitchen is stocked with nice pans.

Upstate NY Getaway

The view was spectacular! Very peaceful. We even caught fish! The house had a lot of room. The kitchen was large so it fit all 7 of us. The checkin/check out process was easy. The property owner was super nice and helpful. We would definitely rent this again and recommend it to others.

Peaceful Property

We had a wonderful time, seeing the Delaware River in the backyard and the beautiful colors on the trees. Great October weather. Thank you, to our SUPER DUPERRR host Mr. Julius. You outdid yourself! I think this property would be very nice in the summer but for a rainy cold October weekend, the house was cold and everyone was cold at night… ie no extra blankets, no heat…

A Gorgeous Property with Amazing View!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. While it is located in easy walking distance to the quaint village of Barryville NY it feels totally private sitting on the large back deck taking in the view of the pristine Delaware River. The living room has huge windows and is very comfortable. Julius lives just across the road and is very helpful. He knows the area extremely well and also helped us organize a rafting trip. We are planning on returning next summer because we had such a fantastic experience!
