Great spot to stay with plenty of room

We had a very friendly welcome from Elizabeth who was very understanding of our lack of speaking French.The apartment and the facilities are exactly as they are portrayed on the VRBO site. More than enough room for the 3 of us, we mainly spent our time around the pool or on the large deck which had ample seating. We had a problem with the washing machine which was caused by us and Elizabeth had someone in to sort it out the next day with no charge to us. We are very thankful.The kitchen which was spotless had everything we needed for our stay and the dishwasher is always a thankful bonus. Although a bit of a walk to L'Ile-Rousse the benfit was the spacious apartment and the quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful view and comfortable apartment

Elizabeth is a lovely hostess and the apartment was generally well equipped. The bed was great and the kitchen had just about everything one could want. We rated the accuracy a 4 because, although there is a dryer, it does not dry clothes, as it is not vented. However, there is a drying rack which does a nice job in good weather. We would return.

Bel appartement, dommage que la 2° chambre soit vraiment beaucoup plus petite que la 1° qui a tout, vue mer, grande salle de bain. A deux couples, c'est un peu gênant.

Très bon accueil, propreté dans les appartements, très joli cadre avec une piscine très propre et entourée de verdure. De certains appartements, une vue magnifique sur l'Ile Rousse, la mer et au calme. La maîtresse des lieux est à l'écoute de ses clients avec une grande gentillesse. Adresse à retenir sans modération mais pas trop afin que l'on puisse y revenir sans difficulté!! ;-)

Un très bon séjour !

Nous avons logé dans un des appartements à l'étage, l'Usula Bella qui propose une magnifique vue (que ce soit de l'intérieur de l'appartement : grandes fenêtres/baies vitrées ou de la grande terrasse) : magnifiques couhers de soleil. La propriétaire, Elisabeth a toujours été à l'écoute et très réactive, que ce soit avant notre séjour ou pendant. Merci encore ! Le petit panier d'accueil est aussi un plus ; sans compter la piscine chauffée qui nous a permis de nous baigner en avril. Côté pratique, il y a une pizzeria juste à côté. et il faut compter environ 15-20 minutes pour se rendre à pied à l'Ile Rousse, balade d'ailleurs très agréable ; juste un peu plus dur pour la remontée ;-) Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Très agréable séjour à Monticello

L'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos. Il est spacieux et très agréable à vivre avec une belle terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la mer, à 5 mn en voiture de l'Ile Rousse. Très belle piscine chauffée à cette période de l'année (avril). Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.
