“This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. ”

“Renata was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. Her home is lovely with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and more than enough space for the 3 of us. The garden was beautiful and a nice place to enjoy the lovely weather we had during our visit. She picked us up at the station so we didn’t have to carry our luggage, had all sorts of recommendations and made reservations for us for dinner. It’s obvious that she loves hosting and wanted to make sure that we had a……

“Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Kleinkindern war sehr schön. Leider waren wir im Mai und den Strand Shuttle gibt es erst ab Juni. Die Unterkunft war klein aber fein. Es war eigentlich alles vorhanden. Nervig waren nur die Mücken aber mit der Klima war das auch kein Problem. Der Weg zum Strand war mit etwa 25 bis 30 Minuten für die Kids arg weit aber machbar. Der Weg durch den Wald fanden wir sehr schön und im Hochsommer bestimmt gut wegen dem vielen Schatten. Die Pizzeria direkt auf dem Campingplatz……

“Maison superbement située sur les hauteur face à Barga L 'acces peux suprendre (route etroite) mais on s'y fait vite... De belles balades au depart de la maison pour les marcheurs qui n'ont pas peur de crapahuter , et aussi jolie visite (Pise, marima de Pise, Lucques...) Equipement pour passer un bon sejour (terrasse, chaise longue..) et se sentir chez soi L hote est attentionné et toujours pres à rendre service”

“Wir waren Anfang Mai für zehn Tage in Camaiore und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Das Anwesen die Zimmer der Garten und nicht zuletzt der Pool waren klasse. Das Umland hat eine Menge zu bieten. Die Betreuung war professionell brauchten wir aber nach dem Einschecken nicht mehr, da alles gut lief. Die Anfahrt ist steil und anfangs schwierig, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell und hat dann den Bogen raus.”

“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk……

“Nice and clean. Rustic house with a cosy jacuzzi. You have a 20 minute car ride up the mountains. It's super quiet up there, if you want some piece. 50 minute car ride to Lucca, beautiful city, not to miss out. Landlord was very nice and courteous”

“The check in staff and breakfast staff were absolutely excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good for us when coupled with the regular free local mini buses. It was good for access to Baia Blu with good car parking. It was quite expensive but we certainly hope to stay again. ”

“The apartment was clean, we didn’t need a air condition at all. If you want escape from crowded places, this will be a very good choice. You have the good top view at the city near the beach. We were in May, so the weather was rainy and sunny, so we could visit kulturell points and enjoy the see and swim. The hostess is a very nice person and is flexible, so we could arrange one or another points at the place. Many, many thanks for warm welcome”

“This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. Mariella was great at communicating through WhatsApp and met us and lead us all the way to the cottage- which is necessary because google maps won’t get……

“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem typisch toskanischen Häuschen. Die abenteuerliche Fahrt auf den Berg lohnt sich, denn die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Toskana zu entdecken. Wir waren in Lucca (15 min, unsere Lieblingsstadt), Florenz, Volterra, Pisa, Siena und Montecarlo. Vom Gastgeber Massimo haben wir viele wichtige Tipps bezüglich unserer Ausflüge erhalten. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Prosecco und……

“We were a group of 11 persons. The house was perfect for a large group. Everyone had his own bedroom with private bathroom but we had all meals together. If you like to cook, the house is really well equipped with kitchen facilities. The host was very helpful and attentive. We will be back.”

“The hotel is surprisingly clean, great location, just blocks away from the train station. Front desk staffs are very friendly. Room is spacious and spotless, it’s a relatively new hotel so everything feels fresh. Breakfast is ok ish, but I do love all the interior.”
