「We had a great stay, was a little hesitant on arrival as we were driving away from the beach (as expected) and through what would be considered more industrial surroundings. Once past we arrived at the blissful Montepepe. A very peaceful boutique wine farm. Not sure how many can stay at hotel but at any given time there were about 4 or 5 tables at breakfast. 「Where to begin!? The photos in the listing simply do not do this property justice. It is a truly magical location and I highly recommend it. We rented the entire place, for 20 people, to celebrate a birthday and each family, couple or single had their own private space/apartment, while still being part of the whole. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. 「Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und alle Geräte funktionieren. Die Klimaanlage haben wir eigentlich gar nicht benötigt, da bei offenen Fenstern immer ein leichter Durchzug im Haus vorhanden war.Am Pool zirpten die Grillen und ab und an bellten die Hunde. Etwas anspruchsvoll ist lediglich der Transport schwerer Taschen zum Haus, da man doch einen Weg über Stufen zurücklegen muss. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!」

The views are incredible and the pool and outside eating area are better than the photos look. There is a nice BBQ which had plenty of gas. The only thing to be wary of is the very steep and narrow road up to the house. It is better to have a smaller car! 」

「Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette ancienne école transformée en hôtel avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons eu toutes les informations nécessaires pour une arrivée autonome. Il y a des places de parking à proximité. Le studio est spacieux, lumineux avec vue mer et entièrement équipé et nous avons découvert un gentil mot d’accueil en français avec une bouteille de vin des 5 terres et des gâteaux. La piscine à débordement est magnifique, le jardin également bien entretenu. Bref, nous sommes ravis!」

The views were spectacular. The drive to the home is typical, switchbacks, tight curves and elevation gain. The nights at the main house were cool and comfortable.
