"What a wonderful place!! Sam was there to welcome us and with a large, multiage family we were never short of things to do. The movie room kept the teenagers happily gaming away and the pool kept the little ones cool. We enjoyed meals on the patio and a well stocked kitchen with excellent air conditioning in every room. The decoration is still work in progress but this did not detract from our great trip! Thanks Samuel"

"Située à courte distance de Carcassonne, la location est proche d'une zone artisanale où l'on peut faire ses courses à loisir. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli. Ils connaissent bien la région et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour nos visites dans la région.
La location est équipéede tout le confort moderne; inutile de se charger de bagages, on est chez soi."

"The hotel is a lovely setting and the main hotel appears to be excellent, resident cat that was the highlight of the stay and lovely dog, grounds are beautiful and lovely coffee. I would stay again with amendments; A few things holding the hotel back- rooms in a building a room over, clearly from hotels success but need work. No kettle/coffee or cups, but instead singular can of fancy water which was not replenished. Spa was a surcharge in 30 min blocks and not advertised as such and pool was closed but not advertised. It's not suitable for elder guests, as no lift and one elderly person in our ground fell down the stairs which are dark and not easy to see. "
"Parking très pratique et facilite l’accès à l’hôtel. L’hôtel est idéalement placé dans la cite médiévale et offre tout le confort d’un 4*. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher mais il y a une grande diversité de produits. "
"Great hotel and staff but just a little let down by the cleaning of the room. Felt like it had been a bit rushed, water not replaced properly, some little bits of tissue etc on the floor. Nothing worth bothering the hotel about but could have been sharper. Slightly disappointed as they have a “happy hour” that is 50% off the second drink, I worked it out eventually but too late for getting the benefit and other English speakers didn’t get it either (my French is ok but missed the explanation on the poster). I do think staff could have explained a little.
Good modern hotel and great for the castle. "
"A room w a view (14) and twin beds loads of space custom Velvet curtains matching chair and blanket really elegant. Nespresso coffee machine and liquid creamers nice touch. Bath tub was welcome site w my recent fall and shower w rain and hand held also. Hot strong water plush towels. 5 * place. But the managing couple made my 2 nights w their care attention to my sudden immobility and knee injury. Even the stairs were doable but they offered to change me to downstairs from. Breakfast included boiled eggs meat cheese etc well worth the 13E. Be back for sure. "

10/10 Excellent
"Perfect location. Many dining shopping options. Hôtel restaurant excellent. Hotel bar excellent. Staff excellent. Perfect 3 days. Well worth the money. Cannot say enough about the trip start to finish. Every person we encountered was top notch. Wonderful!!"
"This hotel oozes with unique character and style, is in the heart of the town and the manager is amongst the most helpful I have ever come across.
We loved the atrium-style lobby (the central photo for the hotel) the bar stools made to look like champagne cork enclosures and the bedrooms with their unique themes, big comfortable bed and very cool bathrooms.
The manager (Owner?) directed me to the perfect bar to watch the international rugby, the ideal route to go out for a run and even told us about the best place to visit when we moved on down to the Mediterranean coast, a fishing village that was simply beautiful and that I am not sure we would have found without is advice.
Wish we could have stayed longer!! Highly recommend, but be warned, parking nearby is a challenge and I can imagine it gets much worse during spring and summer."
"We had a wonderful time! The cabin was amazing. It was close to town. We plan on staying there again in the future. The owner Jacob was very nice, very helpful and all around awesome. Thanks for having us. "
