“The property was undergoing major renovations during my stay, so guests had to use a side door most of the time, and there was a lot of dust, dirt and debris on the main floor, especially around the entrances, and dumpsters and construction vehicles in the parking lot. There was also a food service delivery, via tractor trailer, at 5:30am, that unloaded, loudly, at the main entrance for about 30 minutes, just below my third floor room the first morning I was there. “No ice machines in the entire hotel. Bathroom was tiny and the sink never shut off, just dripped all night. Air conditioner was insanely loud. Overall condition was just old and run down. Breakfast was a joke and didn’t feel safe eating anything.”
