Le gros plus est le garage. Excellent emplacement à proximité de la plage, des restaurants et des commerces. Bien également la présence de la piscine. Le gros point négatif est l'aspect bruyant du fait que l'appartement donne sur une avenue très fréquentée. Petite suggestion : un ventilateur en été serait au top.

Gut gelegene, kleine, saubere Wohnung
Gute Lage zum Zentrum (Restaurants) und Strand (ca. 8-10 Min zu Fuss). Bäckerei, 2 Restaurants und kleiner Laden in unmittelbare Nähe(1 min). Parklplatz in Garage sehr klein und nur für klein Autos.

Les plus:Location très bien située par rapport à la plage et aux commerces.Tout peut se faire à pied. Dernier étage.Garage inclus dans la location, bonne surprise pour ranger les vélos. Les moins: l'orientation sur une rue passante de véhicules.Bonne insonorisation fenêtres fermées.
