Ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements et la découverte de la ville.Il y a une confusion sur le parking, en effet, l'hôtel en lui-même n'en possède pas. Cependant, nous avons un tarif préférentiel avec le parking Saint-Roch qui est juste en face. Le prix est en effet de 17 au lieu de 28 en temps normal.Le spa est en effet en supplément pour assurer un moment de détente privatif. Nous sommes navrés qu'il y ait eu des confusions sur ce point.En cas de doute, nous recommandons toujours nos clients de contacter la réception qui est ouverte 24/24h et qui pourra apporter des réponses à vos questions. We could not have prevent it in any way.As the hallways are not exposed as much to the sun as the rooms are, it won't as a matter of fact get as hot as the rooms like we told you in our messages.Also, she offered you to put a fan in the room, that you refused which was the only solution that we had at this moment. At no time there has been an agreement for the refund of the room. Our staff doesn't allow it, but due to the conditions we did not charge one of the rooms because we understand the discomfort that it put all of us in.Again, we feel sorry for the situation, everything has been explained to you and we did our best to provide help at that time.
