vacances sans repos

bel appartement avec balcons et belle vue c'est tout ! chambre donnant sur la rue principale trés animée donc environnement très bruyant durant la nuit obligation de fermer la fenêtre donc chaleur excessive climatisation malheureusement portative mais bruyante donc impossibilité de dormir canapé usagé, mobilier de balcon à rénover, ménage bâclé ( aspirateur plein, détritus derrière la poubelle) pas de connexion box de la semaine ni de télévision le samedi et le dimanche de notre arrivée! tout cela pour 1300 euros la semaine que j'ai dû payé en une seule fois à la réservation ( non réglementaire)!! que se passe-t-il lorsque les prestations ne sont pas conformes au contrat en matière de dédommagement ? Abritel et Class Appart, je pense les éviter lors de mes prochaines vacances
