The Space:
This apartment is in a dream location in the charming Le Plateau neighborhood and offers a very comfortable stay for a group of friends traveling together. The neighborhood is a favorite location for travelers and students. You’ll fall in love with picturesque tree-lined streets offering beauty and convenience near all the city’s hotspots!

The main spaces of this beautifully renovated and stylishly furnished apartment:

- A luminous and spacious open living area with exquisite hardwood flooring, comfortable sofa seating, and a Smart TV that makes for a wonderful space to spend relaxing downtime together.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances and all that's needed to prepare meals at home. Even essential extras like a coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and even a dishwasher for easy clean ups!

- A large dining table that comfortably seats 8 for sit-down meal moments where you can chat and connect with your tribe. And a breakfast bar area with 5 barstools for extra seating.

- There's a big covered terrace with sofa seating which is great for enjoying some time outside on warm days.

The apartment is located in the center of the ever-so-charming and hip Le Plateau neighborhood. Le Plateau has a wonderful ambiance and is one of the trendiest, most beautiful, and fun areas of Montreal. You’ll be in the center of it all here and surrounded by heaps of charm!

You’ll be about an 8-minute walk to Mont-Royal or Sherbrooke metro station and there's other public transportation for easy mobility around the city. And Saint-Denis Street and Mont-Royal Avenue are both lined with casual cafes, laid-back eateries, busy bars, and contemporary galleries and theaters. The nearby Mount Royal Park has trails and a lake with lovely views of the mountain. Park La Fontaine is also nearby, which is surrounded by lush green lawns and beautiful tranquil ponds. It’s a wonderful place to relax and reflect or have a little picnic.

Without a doubt, the Le Plateau neighborhood is a favorite for visitors to Montreal.

PARKING: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only.
