The room was very clean and well appointed. Excellent shower! Very friendly staff... coffee bar was a nice surprise... continental breakfast was very nice as well. Add to this a great central location - and we will be back.

This hotel was by far the best in Montreal for the best price & quality, great free breakfast, free coffee at any time of the day including specialty coffees or cappuccino/espressos, honestly whatever you would like, customer service was incredible, and the rooms were fantastic, the Shower is INSANE!!! Amazing experience & overall the staff were very helpful, they helped us find the best restaurants to eat at & even wrote down a list for us!! When I come back to Montreal I will definitely be staying here:)))

Was upgrade to the Medium Room... it was clean, everything worked, the small continental breakfast was excellent, the free hot drinks was lovely, the valet was good. The only negative, was the room floor was a bit cold when you walk on sock feet and when sleeping the a/c (in winter) wouldn't get lower than 21C... I like to sleep in 17C.

Very cute hotel! Conveniently located to everything in Old Town. Loved the coffee bar. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower was to die for. Only thing…Uber drivers had a difficult time locating the hotel. I ended up dropping a dot for the nearest corner to meet Uber.

This hotel is beautiful and right in the middle of everything in Old Montreal. Lots of dining options around. Free breakfast was ok (very basic) but I am not complaining over free coffee & food! The one major downside was the noise. Not from the hotel guests but from outside - we were awoken at 12am until about 3am by people outside (partying / drunk) being very loud (despite us being inside with all doors / windows closed). Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep well due to this. We loved the hotel so much but the noise would likely deter us from booking again. Other than that, the hotel seems a bit understaffed as the front desk people are doing a lot like check ins, ballet, making coffee etc. Majority of the time it appeared to be 1 person working.

The facilities and the room were stunning and spotless. The staff were professional and kind, they even have us a box of macaroons as a little gift for his birthday. However, the continental breakfast was not worth it. It was generally very small and the food was clearly from costco. Considering the price, I find that they could make a stronger effort, like getting products from a local bakery for example.
