The Parkview #1 apartment is ideally located near beautiful Mont-Royal Avenue West, facing the famous Mount Royal Park and steps from many restaurants, bars and unique little shops. Everything you might need is at your door (supermarkets, restaurants, trendy boutiques, shops, bars, pharmacy). Buses and taxis on the street, or Bixi station on the corner (bike share service in Montreal) will get you downtown or in the Old Montreal within minutes and the apartment is 1 km to the Mont-Royal subway station.
You could also decide to enjoy Mount-Royal Park literally in front of the apartment to: walk, jog, hike, bike (also cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating or tobogganing in Winter) or visit by foot two trendy neighborhoods: Plateau and Mile-End because you are right in between them. Actually, you’re at the best possible Montreal location!!
The Montreal Alouettes and Percival Molson Stadium are across the park, a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the McGill University campus. The annual Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal passes right in front of the apartment: you can admire the world`s best cyclists from your balcony in the only North American stop of the UCI World tour!
From the Airport, you can take bus 747 all the way to metro station (subway station) Berri-Uqam. From there go up to Mont-Royal metro station (only 2 stations). You are at the apartment within a 12 minute walk.
From the apartment you can get downtown or to Old Montreal by bus on Park ave in about 10 minutes, on foot via the Mount-Royal Park or by subway within 3 stations.

1. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the following House Rules. So please read carefully.
2. Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence nor book for a third party, unless they obtained the host`s consent prior to booking. Please contact us if you`re from the greater Montreal area and/or booking for a third party. No such instant reservations are allowed. Note that if instant reservation of this kind occurs, we will have the right to cancel the reservation without guest`s notice or consent. Contact our team to learn more before confirming your booking.
3. Guest are required to fill an online Check-In form within a maximum of 48h after making the reservation and prior to checking in. The form will ask for a government issued ID, consistent with the identity of the person who made the reservation.
4. Check-in time occur between 4 pm and 11pm. You`re welcome to request an early check in, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance.
5. Parties or excessive noises are not allowed in our locations. Please respect other guests in the buildings. If more than one intervention is required or if the intervention of the police is required, all occupants will have to vacate the premises and the guest will lose the entire security deposit.
6. For the health and safety of all our guests, we DO NOT allow pets or smoking of any kind inside the apartment at any time. Breaking this rule will result in the loss of your entire security deposit.
7. The guest is responsible for keeping the space clean and in order. It is the responsibility of the guest to clean their dishes, bring furniture back to its original spot, pick up their trash and bring it out.
If a location is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
8. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
9. If the number of people on the premises exceeds the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full. Exceptions can occur.
10. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. The condition of the premises is established before arrival and after departure. The visit after departure will allow the Landlord to review the general condition and cleanliness of the apartment. The premises must be return in perfect condition and entirely operational. Any damage to the apartment and its content will be charged to you, including a $ 50/hour fee to cover repair and/or replacement time (shopping, etc.).
11. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined Check-Out time, guests will be charged $199/hour. This hourly fee doubles after 2h. The fee is applied at the start of the each subsequent hour.
This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.
12. In the event that we have a legitimate cause for concern, (including but not limited to: electrical or plumbing issues, presence of pets, smoking inside the premises, overcrowding, neighbour complaint for excessive noise or other serious reasons), the apartment may be entered by a member of our team, without prior consent of the guest, to ensure its integrity.
