This motel was exceptional for location and value. The only issue we had was we spent a lot of time by the river and the grass needed cutting. The pool was not clean, algae was slimy on the stairs and bottom so we avoided using it. We chose this hotel bc of the pool and we had a toddler with us. We will definitely stay here another time, staff was efficient and friendly.

This Motel surprised us in two ways. 1) when we drove in, we saw that they outside was not very well maintained BUT 2) when we entered the room, we found it very well maintained, spacious and clean. The mattress moderate firm and sheets were so soft. The staff were great and it was a very convenient location and a great value. we will book again there next year. In summary, don't be put off by the exterior and grounds because the rooms are great. you do need a car (not surprising as it is a motel) because it is a bit outside the city center but only a 5-7 min drive from downtown by the river.

The view and the pool were nice, and the room and beds were fairly clean. However, the door locks did not feel very secure, the room was dated, the lights flickered constantly (especially while the AC was running), and though the water pressure was good, the hot water temp was set too high and the temperature fluctuated between icy cold to boiling.

This is an okay hotel for a quick stay. We only stayed here 2 nights with our dog. It wasn't the cleanest hotel. We are several bugs inside, which might be because it's so close to the water. There was a lot of grass to walk the dog and it's off the road by itself so it was very quiet. If you need a cheap hotel for a quick stay, this would be fine.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was too cold for our Florida toes, but we knew it might be. It was mom,2 kids, and a dog and we felt very comfortable and safe. We’ll be coming back.
