We arrived at the apartment at about check-in time, but still had not received check-in instructions. When messaging the host, we received a code for a lock box that was nearby, however, the code did not work. After sending a message to the host, it was a half hour later before he told us that the code had been changed. He gave us the new code, which worked, but we should not have had to go through this. Luckily it wasn't in bad weather, so we didn't have to endure rain or scorching heat. We would not stay here again, if we revisit Montreal.

Student flat near McGill centrally located

We were very impressed by the location of the property and the cleanliness. The bed was a bit small for 2 and the kitchen could have been better stocked but otherwise a great stay.

Outstanding unit, outstanding value!

I loved this place! Right in the centre of a fantastic part of downtown, I was able to walk to Vieux Montréal, Mont-Royal, McGill, all sorts of restaurants and venues, and much more. For an individual traveller or a couple, this is exactly the sort of place you hope for in a unit. Communication with the property owner was prompt and excellent. I will be back next time I am in Montréal!

Amazing Stay

Stayed here with my partner, this apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Montreal. The space is about a 10-15 minute walk to the old port as well where there is lots to do. During the colder months it is less than a 5 minute walk to the "Underground City" where there is shopping, food, and a warm passage to the old port along with other hidden gems. Marcel made the check-in and out process very simple, parking is not included however the garage on the same block charged 16 CAD per night!
