「This is a half of a cute little house close to Main Street in Montrose. It has a private entrance. I think the other half might be a rental too because I never saw anyone else on the grounds. 「The property had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room and dining area , and a spacious kitchen. We were visiting the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.. Our stay was short, but very comfortable.」

Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. 「Our stay was fantastic! We would definitely come again! The beds were great, we fixed dinner and breakfasts there, had all the pots and pans and appliances we needed to make great meals. It was very convenient to all the activities we wanted to do. Plus the information we were sent was very informative and useful. It was a fantastic stay!」

「Overall, this was a nice property. The host was responsive and helpful. We felt like there should be a large area rug in the living room so you could sit on it, do yoga stretches, etc. The floors are tile and it would be nice to have some floor space, even for kids to lay on and watch TV. The rug in the living room was very small, not very cushy, and only big enough for the coffee table to sit on. Kitchen was stocked well and we appreciated having some ziploc baggies available.」

「There was no ac in back bedroom guests was very hot and the drains for shower and bath sink very slow. When taking shower the toilet gurgled then it got stopped up and would not flush. Two different codes for entry. No mattress on back bedroom it was a piece of rubber topper. Couch bed totally same and very uncomfortable」

「Very nice and clean house with up to date appliances, furniture, rooms, and bathrooms. The neighborhood is new at the time we visited and expanding with new builds. The properties surrounding the house have already been built so new construction was further away and not an issue. The house is close to the neighborhood pond that has a paved path to walk around and benches. We stayed here to visit Black Canyon national park which was about 25 minutes away.」
