「Literally located steps from just about everything you need and not far from places you want to see. This two bedroom, one bath apartment has been newly renovated and was very clean. It was on the smallish side but it is NYC after all. Check in/check out was very easy; host always responded quickly. One bedroom had full/queen bed with a good sized closet. The other bedroom had a full/twin bunk bed but no closet or clothing storage; one of my few suggestions would be to add hooks or a dresser....

「This apartment was perfect for our family! Subway station is super close and convenient. Safe, quiet, and nice neighborhood and close to downtown (10-15 min by train). Our family was very comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were super cozy and washer and dryer. Host was incredibly friendly and communicated from the start all the details. They were so kind to let us drop our luggage a bit early! My family kept saying how a great place it was! Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「We visited New York for a few days to see some shows on Broadway and experience the city. The location was perfect, a few blocks from Central Park, a few blocks from the bar, close to the metro, great restaurants. Interestingly, the original apartment we rented had some problems with electricity, but Carmen was very responsive and made other living arrangements for us close by, which were very satisfactory, and we ended up having a wonderful time despite the initial hiccup. 「We have traveled the world for almost 50 years and this is THE rudest, most hostile and confrontational property manager we have ever dealt with. We moved from NYC earlier this year but return every couple months to visit family. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday our choices were limited and we went with this listing that had no reviews.
