「Had a fantastic stay at the pondside cabin. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Cabin was lovely, clean and full of thoughtful amenities. Enjoyed taking the kayak out for spin and wildlife watching (the hummingbirds were probably sick of me!) Thank you Dawn & co. for a great week!」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy lakefront home. It was the perfect size for just the two of us—small, but comfortable and just what we needed. Everything was very clean and well-kept, and the owner was excellent with communication, making everything simple and stress-free. Our favorite part was spending time on the deck looking right out over the lake, enjoying the peaceful views and watching the three loons that hung around nearby. Such a special and relaxing spot.」

The owner is extremely dog friendly, as is the neighborhood, with an amazing no-leash beach in a beautiful spot on the bay (great place to watch the sunrise) a short walk from the cottage. 「We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. 「The most amazing view ever!!! Short walk to beach. Old New England charm」

「This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. There was more than enough space for our family of three, and room for a few more if needed. The pond was great for swimming and taking out the canoe. The house was well appointed and lovingly maintained with just the necessities needed for our week long stay. The location was in close proximity to Camden (10-15 minute drive), and a lot of other must see destinations in Maine (Acadia, Bar Harbor, etc) are within 60-90 minutes. There was a sailing...

「What a wonderful setting and place, just a little walk through a summer meadow from the rail trail and river, and a short walk or bike ride into Belfast. Jon's cottage (he built it!) is perfect - airy, comfortable and well equipped. We saw multiple eagles, a variety of songbirds, a loon and more. A perfect getaway any time of the year, and a lovely base to take in all the beauty of Maine.」
