"This was my second time in Egypt and I traveled Solo! It was PHENOMENAL , What made my trip 10X better was the service and genuine hospitality I received as soon as I left the Cairo Airport Doors ! Mohamad ! Greeted me with my name and drove me safely to the airport while telling about great interesting facts I haven’t learned , As Soon I arrived at the Door i received Great Service!!! The lobby smelled so good ! It was clean and welcoming! Ali greeted me with a Great Welcome , and my check in Fast and easy ! He also provided Great tour suggestions ! My room was clean !!! And it smelled so good as soon as i opened the door ! The Rooftop 700 /Akeim Restaurant took great Great Service to the next level everyone was welcoming and what I loved the most is how they all worked as a Real team to help all Guest ! Lisan always made my dinner experience great ! The food was so delicious and hot and fresh and the Fruit juices were always amazing with the added fresh fruit! During breakfast Ismael and Kamal helped me with great service ! Always brought me fresh juice and water and made sure to always check on me they would even speak even if I want eating ! It was amazing Time I can’t wait to Go back 12/10 Experience!!"

"Great location. The hotel staff was great. Breakfast on the rooftop with a backdrop of the Sphinx and Great Pyramids is unbeatable. Only concern was the room. It was smaller than anticipated but did the job. "

"Great hotel in front of nile river. The reception was amazing and helpful. Very high security protection which makes you feel safe. Room and bed were very comfortable. Good value for the money. The only downside is that the majority of the customers are from Arab gulf countries which - in my opinion- have some behavioural issues which can makes someone uncomfortable next to them. Other than that, it’s a lovely place and will definitely recommend it "
