“A very nice hotel. Good pool and loungers. However the breakfasts were very disappointing. On the face of it, it looked fine. However salt and pepper were in small paper containers. The bacon was awful. It was impossible to get a hot fried egg on a hot plate. There seemed to be no loaves of bread. The cereals were all Kellogg papp. I managed to find some oats on my last day. The milk did not seem to be fresh. Tea thus tasted awful and the coffee was rubbish. The worst I have tasted. I think the……

“Another great little break at Costa Ballena. Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly. Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant. There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated. Grounds and pool were clean at all times. Don't understand why small inflatables are not allowed in the main pool. I understand big ones, but small rubber rings should be……

“We stay at this hotel at least twice a year. The food is amazing, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. We've been coming here for the past 10 years, and Tirio is always fantastic. Isabel at the pool bar was particularly helpful. The only thing I can fault is the lunchtime opening hours and the queue to get food. Perhaps you could consider extending the lunchtime to, say, 13:30-15:30 to help prevent the current rush hour.”

“This hotel was beautiful inside and the staff were lovely. Hubby left his glasses in the cafe downstairs one evening and the waiter remembered him the next day. I'd recommend their parking arrangements as its only around the corner, the hotel is on a pedestrian street. ”

“The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was conveniently located and we loved the additional outdoor sitting area on the 4th floor. ”

“This property is in the center of Cadiz. Room is small but good for short stay if you like to be close to the vibe of the city. The downside of this that hard to get a sleep as restaurants opens at 8pm and 4am by the time everything starts to calm down.”
