"The restroom did have mold , not a lot but there was some around the brim of the floor. The staff were really friendly and accommodating . There were a lot of scratches on the floor which kind of made it seem like there was a lack of maintenance. Only good part about the hotel is that it is really close to Roma Norte for all the restaurants."

"It was perfect. Great location for the price. Definitely worth paying for Premium and getting access to breakfast on the 12th floor with that view. Staff were brilliant. Room was cozy, clean and spacious. Room for improvement include spending more on toiletries; we had to buy our own shampoo and body wash as the ones in the room smelt funny, and we had to refill on water from the outside as we only got two small bottles for free a day to our room. More can be done there at little cost to hotel to really tackle two important parts of one’s stay."
