「Staff was excellent. Although there was an issue (safe wasn't working and couldn't be fixed and I accepted that) they still went out of their way to help out. Especially so the waiter which had a heavy laden of work on him due to a new system with door cards. He was sweating while running busy about in the bldg. It was also a surprisingly quiet night given that Sogo is the hub for "love couples" running on and off to rooms for shorts 24hrs. Also located directly to the train station. Else it's...

「Wi-Fi did not work. USB port did not work. Ac was very noisy. Was moved to another room in a higher floor and finally got wifi. USB ports once again did not work. Had to get an extension cord and plug it behind the tv to charge phone 」
