Welcome to a spacious and comfortable retreat, offering 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Property Features:
Two Separate Living Areas:
First living area features a 3-seater and 2-seater lounge, and a flat-screen TV.
Second living room offers a chaise lounge and a flat-screen TV with Free-to-Air channels.

Dining Area:
A spacious 8-seater dining table, perfect for family meals or entertaining.

Climate Control:
Split system reverse-cycle air conditioners are located at each end of the house, with additional units in the main bedroom and bunk room. Ceiling fans are also provided in the living areas and the two main bedrooms. (Note: Due to the bunk bed, the third bedroom does not have a ceiling fan.)

Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the fresh air on the covered outdoor deck, featuring a gas BBQ. The back deck is equipped with café blinds to block out sunlight and reduce the effect of strong Moonta Bay winds.

Large Deck Esky: Ideal for keeping drinks, food, or your catch of the day cool.

Fully Enclosed Yard: Safe for children and pets, with a swing set in the backyard.

Off-Street Parking: Available for boats or additional vehicles, with a vacant lot next door.

Fish cleaning station at the rear of the property.
Carport behind gates with space for up to two vehicles.

BYO Linen: Guests are required to bring their own linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels.

Pet-Friendly Policy: Pets are welcome with prior notification before arrival. We prefer pets to stay outdoors; however, if they do enter the house, they are not permitted on furniture or beds. Any pet hair found on bedding or furniture will incur additional cleaning fees.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with access to a two-way bathroom.
Bedroom 2: One single bed and a single-over-double bunk bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Quilts and pillows are provided on the beds, but guests must supply their own linen, including sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

Sustainability:
Elliott's Lodge primarily operates on rainwater for most of the year, with a switch to mains water for a few months. The property is also powered by solar energy.
