"Room was clean, comfortable, nice decor, and met my expectations. Staff was not very knowledgeable regarding my Hilton Honors points. They said it was because I booked through a thirdparty, but I have never had trouble before. There was no manager on duty to clarify. Except for that, an overall great lodging experience. "

"We loved the old casita we stayed in, especially the fireplace which came with starter material. all of the windows looked out at others in a shared courtyard, so we didn't enjoy a lot of sunlight in the room, but we were mostly there to sleep. The coffee maker wasn't the most wonderful either, but fortunately there was coffee in the lobby. The Julia bar was great, as were the bartenders, appreciated separate areas for watching sports or just sitting by the fire. The keys we got at check in didn't work and had to be re-coded, the staff didn't know which bar was serving when, so we were escorted to one and then redirected to the other. The service at breakfast was very slow, ours was cold by the time it arrived and I just didn't eat mine; just FYI there is a limited menu for members' free breakfast. Highly recommend calling ahead for valet so you aren't left waiting to go out for a very long time while they service all of the cars coming in. "
