“The room was clean and the aircon was on. A relief after a hot day. The food at dinner and breakfast was excellent. We will be staying there on the way home.”

“The room especially the bathroom was filthy with hairs on the wall of the shower and a mouldy shower curtain. Floor and shower mould and dirt. The bin hadn't been emptied from previous people. The fridge was all frozen up. The TV did not work and I was advised to watch via demand however the internet wouldn't load. The pool gate lock was broken which is of concern for children's safety. The spa pool was dirty with debris floating around. I requested another room and was relocated to a room with……
