Beachfront Comfort 3BR Condo w/Ocean Views & Community Pool

Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and oceanfront living in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo designed for a relaxing beach getaway. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, the unit features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a room with two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Linens are provided and beds are made prior to arrival, making your stay stress-free from the moment you arrive.

The condo is fully equipped with central air and heat, a dishwasher, microwave, water purifier, washer and dryer, and wireless high-speed internet. Two color cable TVs provide entertainment during your downtime. The furnished oceanfront covered deck is perfect for soaking in coastal breezes and unforgettable sunsets.

Located in a well-maintained complex, guests have access to community amenities including a sparkling pool, private balconies with ocean views, an outdoor shower, and a grill and picnic area. Two parking spaces are available per condo.

This rental is available weekly from Sunday to Sunday only. No smoking and no pets are allowed.

Vacation Disaster

We were having a wonderful, perfect trip until the second evening when the upstairs neighbors overflowed the bathroom. One of our bedrooms and bathrooms flooded and we noticed tons of black mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. Sun Surf Realty worked fast to get us in another rental that was not oceanfront and was much older and lesser quality then the one I had rented. It was very frustrating to say the least. I feel like I over paid for a less quality rental on the other side of the island. It’s a shame really.

Beach vacation

When we arrived the linen was folded on the bed. When we tried to make the bed we discovered the sheet was for a full sized bed and the bed was king size. Because we had not discovered this before the office closed we had to call the after hours number. We ended up calling 5 times before someone delivered the proper sheets. This was a good 4 hours later around 9-9:30 pm. The next day we walked across the floor with bare feet and found dirt stuck to our feet. I reported it and they offered to send housekeeping. However with the COVID virus we ended up mopping the floor ourselves. I saw many places where lamps and furniture was not dusted. There was also a musty smell around the air conditioner / hot water closet and the air conditioner made a grinding noise from time to time when the fan/compressor was on. The towel rods were loose and fell off the wall a time or two. I feel management needs to inspect and do routine maintenance more often. My Parents have a condo in this same building and over the years the attrition has had its way. But the unit was maintained and upgraded. All units need this from time to time.
