“The hotel rooms were much smaller, then I had anticipated. We were a family of 4 traveling and we were stepping on top of each other the whole week. The bathroom was very small. You had to basically step into the shower to close the bathroom door. The shower lip was very small, so no matter how closed you put the curtain, you always got water on the floor so you had to constantly keep a towel there so it didn't flood. they advertised that it was newly remodeled but it did not look that way. “This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The first room we were given smelled bad, and the bathroom floor was constantly wet, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. We reported these issues to the front desk the following morning and were moved to a different room. Unfortunately, the second room had its own major problem—the air conditioning did not work. After already dealing with the issues in the first room, being moved to another room that lacked a basic……

“My husband and I stayed here for the weekend with our two children. It was quiet, and pretty clean. You could tell they are still in the process of making improvements to the place. But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. It was a nice little weekend getaway.”

“The person at the front desk was bothered each time we asked for something. The floors in the room were filthy. The oven and stovetop were rusted and disgusting and could not be used. On the last day we were there, we found roaches crawling throughout the room. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it has always been clean and well-kept with friendly, helpful staff. Will probably not book another reservation here.”
