The hotel is beautiful, with a charming colonial style and well-maintained facilities. The staff is friendly, and the location offers quick access to major tourist attractions. If possible, request a room away from the street, as traffic noise can be an issue. Also, try to shower early, as hot water may be limited later in late mornings. Coffee and sweet bread are included as a complimentary treat. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room had cockroaches, and when I reported it to the staff, they did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. On top of that, the room had no heating, and the nights were freezing. The lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made the experience unbearable. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend to.anyone

Todo bien, excepto el RUIDO de la calle es MUY ALTO, las habitaciones están junto a la calle y pasan rutas de camiones y combis sin cesar, no existe aislamiento de ruido, NO deberian rentar estas habitaciones, no pudimos dormir y el ruido empieza desde las 5 am, el desayuno es bueno, cercano al centro, no volvere a este hotel ni gratis.

Excelente ubicación, servicio, muy práctico que incluya el desayuno. Tranquilo y limpio. Unicamente le falta dar mantenimiento a algunos muros con humedad, sugiero que los huéspedes lleven sandalias para bañarse o el hotel contemple tapetes porque el piso de la regadera no es antiderrapante.
