"We had an excellent stay with Brian and Jackie. There was excellent communication with Brian before the stay and that continued during the stay. The main level living room was very comfortable. The main level bed has a comfortable mattress topper that we loved. The kitchen is well stocked so far as pots and pans and dishes. We were pleasantly surprised to find some condiments and spices left behind by other guests for our use. The downstairs has two additional queen bedrooms and second living room with a chair and a pull out couch. There is also a washer and dryer and downstairs refrigerator, too. The furniture on the decks is comfortable. As noted before, there are a lot of stairs down to the dock, but not a terrible amount. We were plesantly surprised to find loads of pool noodles and some floating loungers for use while swimming. The lake is deep off the dock, which is a plus for me. The house is located in an area where you do get to see some boats and jet skis go by, but there is not a crazy amount of waves for swimmers. There are chairs, a refrigerator, and tiki bar on the dock as well. The one parking spot is steep, but I managed it with my huge SUV. Brian helped us with where to park our second vehicle. This is a wooded lake area, so bugs are to be expected. But we were not bothered by any during the day at all. They were a bit thick at night, but that is beyond the owner's control. All in all, we had a great time and were lucky to find this place!"
