「The room was clean, and the most thoughtful touch was the provision of an electric vehicle charging station」

「After many miles of riding on the GAP and C&O Towpath, the Canal Cabins were a welcome and much needed hiatus! The cabin was cozy and clean, air conditioned, with many personal touches one would need, like bike tools! The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. And free laundry! Would highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you for a great experience!」

「This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

「Always a great stay. Peaceful and plenty to explore. We cant wait to come back!」

「I attempted to stay here. As soon as I entered the hallway, I was hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. When I got to the room, the code Inwas given did not work. This was definitely not a single family home. It reminded me more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast as there was a common area for the kitchen. When I contacted the host, she offered to send the cleaning people to spray the smoke away. No amount of spray will remove this amount of smoke. I was in the building less...

「Everything as advertised and init was welp stocked. Host was communicative. Really enjoyed our stay and would visit again」

We stayed here and ventured out to the nearby trails and small towns. Our time at and around the cabin was very enjoyable.」
