“All amenities have a fee attached. All furnishings are dated. Several amenities like the bar was not opened if the resort is not full. Make your plans for other off property fun.”

“Se me hizo muy pequeño el lugar donde me hospedé por la cantidad que pagué, en las fotos parecía un apartamento más grande, encima no está incluido el servicio de limpieza se me hace fatal con lo mucho que pagas, entiendo que estás al pie de la montaña pero me pareció que el precio no fue justo para lo que me ofrecieron. ”

“Enjoyed the stay. The kids had fun with the pool table, ping-pong table, and video game. Drew, the property manager, did a fantastic job staying in communication and helping to make our stay really enjoyable.”

“We loved the unit and the amenities are amazing. The host was very communicative and it was easy to check in and out. The trains near us didn't bother us at all. In fact, it was fun to watch them go by. Easy walk to downtown to see the lights at Temple Square and see the Nutcracker. Would rent this unit again. ”

“place was ok, little lack of cleaning. Kitchen utensils were not in very good usable conditions. No tissues in the place. Keys for pool/gym didn't work, although seems that this may be something that owner knew beforehand bc in check in instructions mentioned if they didn't work go to the front desk, which is something not easy to do at Zermatt.”

“It was great and nice and so much fun! Only thing I'd suggest is more towels and a garbage besides the tiny bathroom one! And we didn't have any garbage sacks to replace the garbage! Or if we did I was unable to find them. But other than that is great! Thanks for letting us stay!”

“Unfortunately we could not get any communication back from the property managers. When we arrived the amenity keys didnt work along with the fireplace in the room. The room itself had a terrible urine type smell we couldnt get rid of even with doors open to air out the room. There was also not enough bedding for the pullout sofa. Hotel itself was great- room not so much.”
