The property borders thousands of acres of National Forest, with a private hiking trail leading directly from the gate down to the banks of Lake Blue Ridge — approximately 10 minutes on foot. In summer, the lake is swimmable. In winter, the exposed lake bed is walkable. You will not pass another person on this trail.

The nearest town center with restaurants, groceries, and attractions is approximately 20 minutes away in Blue Ridge. A car is required.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire property for the duration of their stay: all five
bedrooms, three bathrooms, the main living area, chef's kitchen, screened porch and game room, and all outdoor spaces — including the short game area, putting green, hot tub, fire pit terrace, pond less waterfall, and all decks and balconies.

Guests also have access to the thousands of acres of National Forest bordering the property,
including the private hiking trail leading down to Lake Blue Ridge.

Check-in is self-guided via smart lock. Full access codes and arrival instructions will be sent within 48 hours before your stay.
