“This is undoubtedly the best experience of hospitality I’ve ever had!
We were welcomed by super friendly Yuさん at the first day, explained everything throughly, guided and showed us our room.
The room is spacious, super clean and well equipped, nothing more you can expect!
The location is very nice and quiet neighborhood. Metro station is just around the corner, which within 5 mins walk. You may reach to Shijuku / Shibuya in less than 40 mins, ueno in 15 mins, a very nice choice for……

“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible……
